Disclaimer: I'm not purchasing GME in any hopes of gain, I just hate citadel.

I can only tell Animal Crossing Items you what I did. About 3 days back after RH gave this message they were no longer promoting'certain stocks', I left an account with Fidelity (took less than 5 mins to setup acc + link bank). I then simply did an EFT (electronic funds transfer) and I was able to use 100 percent of the money I moved immediately even though you do get some warning related to funds transferring when you get the stock straight away, but you can still buy it. I'd tell you the specific warning but it already cleared since then so I do not recall the wording.

That was it for me personally. I also had an present accounts in the old job I had forgot about so when I signed up I just had to update some info. If you set it up and run into a problem I will try to help you as best I could.

TD Ameritrade is restricting purchasing on volatile stocks, but by what I have seen they just increased the margin requirements to 100%. Anybody purchasing a short squeeze on margin would need to be a retard. It is dangerous, and also a sensible position for TDA to shoot so they are not left holding the bag of retards who can't meet a margin call. Additionally, it conserves YOLO newbies out of themselves, though I doubt that's TDA's motivation.

OP left out a significant aspect. Every day that Melvin can not get hold of the Switches that the parents have already paid , he has to pay a sacrifice to each parent for their difficulty of waiting for them. And the more expensive these Switches get in the current market, the greater the forfeit, because these parents should by rights already have these Switches, irrespective of how expensive they have gotten. Melvin attempts to put off paying the higher market price as long as possible in the hopes that it will eventually go down. Eventually the forfeits become so big, Melvin does not have any option but to can you buy bells in animal crossing new horizons consume his just desserts and just pay market price for those Switches.
